The commercial building located in the center of Van city was opened to the public. The building has been awarded from International Property Awards ‘Highly Commended Retail Architecture’ and also ‘Highly Commended Retail Development’. In the building which was planned to complete with minimum budgets, the lighting systems resolved with the LED defined as today’s technology. While LED downlights and hidden LED profiles was preferred as general lighting, there was used 3-dimensional lighting products in the intersection areas to refer the place. There was also used RGB colors considering the location and the colors of the logo.
Van’ın merkezinde konumlanan ticari yapı, ilk yerel AVM olarak halka açılmıştır. Internatıonal Property Awards’da Highly Commended Retail Architecture ve Highly Commmended Retail Development ödüllerini almıştır. Minimum bütçeyle yapılması hedeflenen yapıda tüm aydınlatmalar günümüz teknolojisi olan LED sistemlerle çözülmüştür. Genel aydınlatma olarak LED downlightlar ve gizli ledler kullanılırken, sirkülasyon kesişim akslarında mekanı tanımlamak üzere 3 boyutlu tavan uygulamaları ve 3 boyutlu aydınlatma armatürleri kullanılmıştır. Bulunduğu lokasyon ve logosundaki renkler göz önünde bulundurularak tasarımda RGB renklere de yer verilmiştir.
