Located in the center of Istanbul, Özdilek River Plaza, the project includes 4 separate conference hall and a main foyer area.
The foyer area has been designed with beige tones and made more mobile with 3D walls to make the waiting process of the invitees more comfortable and calm.
At the entrance of each of the 4 conference rooms, two tables symbolizing Istanbul meet the guests. Hexagonal panels in the ceiling of the living room, used for acoustical purposes, in some places as lighting, the need for space has been transformed into a design.
The movable partition walls can serve for larger events by combining two halls when necessary.
Sound systems have been adapted to the space using the latest technology, ensuring that the sound is perceived in a homogeneous manner. In order to emphasize the narrator's position, the 3D Wall Wall Coating behind the rostrum is used, aiming the audience to focus on the right space.
İstanbul’un merkezi, Özdilek River Plaza’da yer alan projede, 4 ayrı konferans salonu ve ana fuaye alanını kapsamaktadır.
Fuaye alanı, davetlilerin bekleme süreçlerini daha konforlu ve dingin hale getirmek amacıyla, bej rengi tonlarında tasarlanmış, 3d wallarla daha hareketli bir hale getirilmiştir.
4 adet konferans salonunun her birinin girişinde, İstanbul’u simgeleyen iki tablo, misafirleri karşılamaktadır. Salon tavanlarında altıgen paneller, yer yer akustik amaçlı, yer yer aydınlatma olarak kullanılmış, mekan ihtiyacı, tasarıma dönüştürülmüştür.
Hareketli bölme duvarlar, gerektiğinde iki salonu birleştirerek daha büyük etkinlikler için hizmet verebilmektedir.
Ses sistemleri, son teknoloji kullanılarak mekana uyarlanmış, sesin homojen bir şekilde algılanması sağlanmıştır. Anlatıcının yerini vurgulaması amacıyla, kürsü arkasında 3d Wall duvar kaplaması kullanılmış, dinleyicilerin doğru alana odaklanması hedeflenmiştir.
