The aim of the project is to create a livable environment with optimum use by adhering to the zoning plan in the Gaziantep Housing Project. Within the framework of the framework, maximum gaps in the mass and maximum gaps have been formed by using maximum propagation; in this way, the floor gardens are defined with the lightening of the perceived mass. While creating the project, we have adhered to the volume and area relationship of the traditional Gaziantep houses and the spaces have been constructed according to the lifestyles of large families.
Konsept tasarımını gerçekleştirdiğimiz Gaziantep Konut Projesi’nde imar planına bağlı kalarak optimum kullanım alanına sahip yaşanabilir bir çevre oluşturmak amaçlanmıştır. Emsal çerçevesinde maksimum arazi yayılımı ve maksimum yükseklik kullanılarak kütle içerisinde boşluklar oluşturulmuş; bu sayede algılanan kütlenin hafiflemesiyle birlikte kat bahçeleri tanımlanmıştır. Proje oluşturulurken geleneksel Gaziantep evlerinin hacim ve alan ilişkisine sadık kalınmış, geniş ailelerin yaşam biçimlerine göre mekanlar kurgulanmıştır.
