Samatya Flat 7 is a ‘re-use’ project that means a 2-room apartment turned to a total place as a loft. The loft; all of the construction details, materials and the infrastructure renewed is in modern style. Besides the walls look like exposed concrete, white and yellow colors accompany them. Every corner of the house were tried to evaluate. The bed area has been located on a raised floor and there has been a big storage area under the bed. Also the stairs has been used as drawer. Bathroom is reached by passing through the open kitchen and living area. In the bathroom, there is a patinated old looking mirror and exposed concrete looking walls and the floor material is epoxy. An old marble Ottoman hammam sink has been used as sink and a fall stream fountain has been selected above it.
2 odalı bir çatı dairesinin tek mekanlı yüksek tavanlı bir lofta dönüştürme projesidir. Tüm çatı, tesisat ve dekorasyonuyla tamamen yenilenmiş daire, modern tarzdadır. Brüt beton görünümlü duvarlara sarı ve beyaz yan renkler eşlik etmektedir. Dairenin her alanı kullanılabilir şekilde değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Yükseltilmiş döşeme şeklinde oluşturulmuş yatak alanının altı depolama için baza şeklinde bırakılmış, basamakları ise çekmece olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Açık mutfak ve oturma alanının arasından geçilerek banyoya ulaşılmaktadır. Banyoda eskitilmiş ayna ve brüt beton kaplama kullanılmış, zeminlerde ise epoksi tercih edilmiştir. Lavabo olarak eski bir Osmanlı kurnası, üzerine ise şelale akışlı musluk seçilmiştir.
